I've been collecting my little ponies since I was eleven or twelve. I was born into the early ninties, and missed out on getting my hands on my own ponies. (though I did have a few that I found secondhand- that's another story.)
Anyway, for the most part I've 'grown out' of it, but I still love to play with them from time to time, they're fun to fall back on when I need it. I do admit I'm in love with some of the Newborn cuties though.
Anyway, most of my collection is packed in tubs in my grandmother's closet, but I do have out some of my favorites out still! I thought I'd show you my little piece of pony.
First, from this summer, my best friend and almost all of my collection on pony cleanout day! They were all in boxes until we sorted them and put them in tubs.. after some photo ops
As of tonight, here's the reorganized shelf with all of my MOC G3s on top, G1s in the middle.
Top:
I'm not sure why I saved all of those MOC, they're pretty but hard to store. The Aloha Pearl/ baby belladonna set I have fell off the card from weak glue. urgh! I have the second 'rainbow' ponies set, the first set, a kimono, the two MOs, the first? easter ponies, and the SLHs with the babies up there.

and to the G3 setup!
Then for a little zoom in... I don't have a lot of crazy rare ponies, but I have some nice favorites!
The one on the left doesn't change anymore, but she was my childhood seapony, with her float still! And then the one on the right I bought to replace the first, before I knew I still had her! It took forever to find her, I thought I was crazy remembering an orange seapony! At one point all I had was her float, to prove I wasn't insane!
Same story here, except I never have the stroller. They're some of the prettiest ponys I've ever had, though.
annd lastly,
this is my beautifully baity baby, Brazilian Dancing Butterflies. She's got NDS pin dot 'pony cancer' on her cheek, but what's worse is someone was chewing on her face, she has a cut above her DS brow, and by her hair line, and on one ear. Her symbol's perfect though, and I love this pose! She needs new hair, she was scalped when I got her. I'm not sure if I should go for a dollyhair hank, which is always lovely hair, or if I should look for yellow tails. *g* either way I'm broke for now! She'll get hair eventually!
