For those who do not know what a kirin, I can tell you is a mythical creature, equivalent to the Western unicorn, but these are eastern.
The kirin has the body of dragon scales, four legs with cloven hooves, hair, and a single horn on his forehead knotted. It is a sacred creature, celestial, occurs when a country from the east will be a golden age when a child is born to change the course of history or even appears in some trials where it kills the real culprit and save the innocent.

The most famous kirin Eastern history is that he appeared to the woman who would conceive of Confucius. The heavenly creature gave her a blue tablet where you would put a child who should be king, but would not have a throne. The woman startled by the appearance of kirin tied a rope to the horn of the creature, but the kirin after giving the board bowed to her and disappeared.

Here the body of kirin detailed in full. In the photos may not be noticed, but the body is purplish blue color blue as well, for a mystical air. The hair is golden and the wings are pink.

Another detailed picture of the nose and whiskers of kirin.

that is so cool. idk what a kirin was before this. i mean i'd seen pics but no one'd explained it ^^; but that's really neat. and i like how you used the gradient already on the pony's body to do with your imagry. it really adds to it.

BIG symbol! BIG!

Right-on! This boy is so wicked and hot, lol..

I like the way you used the pony as a canvas here. Although I usually prefer seeing customs that have been customized from zero (remove everything old to add new) this is a really neat exception. :)

Okami, you've made yet another awesome custom!
I am beyond stunned with your painting and drawing skills. That 'symbol' is amazing!

I love your painting style & he turned out great!
