Hello, all -

It's been quite awhile since I've posted. The reason is because, quite frankly, ponies come with some heartbreak for me now.

My mom, kit443, passed away very unexpectedly. She and I shared a love of MLP that bonded us as friends, as well as mother and daughter. We made life-long friends through this community.

Her passing leaves a hole in my heart that I have a very hard time bearing, and everything pony-related still feels very raw...but I miss you all very much, and I know that she'd want me to tell you how much she treasured your friendship.

I will be at the Chicago Pony Fair, and I'll be selling some of mom's collection. Please come and say hello, and know that...from the soul...I deeply appreciate how lovely you all have always been to me and my mom.

I'm so sorry to hear this! I shared my love of Ponies with my mom as well, and when she passed away it was just gutting. I hope you can find peace.
 
Hi Tobi, I was (and am) so sorry to hear about your loss, and I can only imagine how difficult and devastating it must be for you. At the same time, I'm so glad to see you back on the board, even if it might take a little while to get back into the swing of things. You're such a wonderful member of our community and you offer so much to those who interact with you. I would love to stop by and visit you at the Fair this summer. *hugs*
