This is Kitty Hopes, a pony that wants to be a cat. :catani:

So she is dressed as a kitty with an orange tabby pattern and she is wearing a white cat face mask. :katmeow:

The idea of this pony came from Nine Tails from the videogame Okami YouTube - Okami vs. Ninetails (last round)

The base is a SLH Rainbow Flash, or you can say is Rainbow Flash dressed as a kitty LOL

Oh, she's soooo cool! I love that tail--looks like one of our cats when something scares 'em outside and they come flying in with tails fuzzed out about 10" wide (ok, slight exaggeration... but only slight). I really like your style.
