Loads of Thrift Store Finds!!

I'm very new to pony collecting. However, I barely ever buy any ponies new... I buy them from Value Village! (I'm sure they think I'm the crazy pony girl, but what can you do?) I begged my boyfriend to go with me tonight, just to check if they had any ponies. And I hit the jackpot! (I think.) I got 12 G1 ponies for $32. Here they are:





(They obviously need a hair brushing!) I don't know the first thing about prices, so I don't know if I paid too much, or if I lucked out and got something desirable. I like them either way. :D

And I made a stop by Value Village yesterday, and I came out with these gems!


49 cents! Still in the package. :D


99 cents for all of them. O__O They're in pretty great condition too.

I paid $2.99 for two ponies in a bag. And I only own six ponies that I've bought brand new. I love Value Village!

I would totaly call that a jackpot =) An adult sea pony... they can get pretty pricy.

And a MOC outfit! I woudn't be able to stop myself from screaming of joy if I foud that at a secod hand store or something :p

You did extremely well with those finds!! Flower Bouquet with pink hair is great. That cape on the purple pony is her original! Not to mention the MOC ponywear :shock: . Oh and those petites that you got for 99c would probably fetch $50 on ebay!!

Send some of your luck Down Under would you :wink:
 
WOW those are crazy good finds... I rarely find anything at thrift stores, just not my luck I guess
 
Oh I just love Value Village. I manage to find LOTS of good deals in there. But...well...WOW!!! :shock: :shock: Nothing ever THAT good. I need to scope out more Value Villages!! LOL!! CONGRATS!

You're from Washington too! :D I scope out the Bellingham Value Village every few days or so. Whenever I have money really. I was shocked to find so many ponies there though. Especially the G3s!!

Adult sea ponies sell for a lot? XD I don't know the first thing about prices. I just dig through the racks and yell "PONY!!" whenever I find anything. lol

The MOC outfit was in my hand in about a second! I'm not really sure how much they sell for though. Probably more than 49 cents though! :p
 
Wow! TE Quackers and Flower Bouquet! Not to mention those Petites and the MOC Ponywear.

WONDERFUL finds! I don't think that store is anywhere near/around me, though. Too bad.
