Long story and some pictures of my new Twinkler and Sunblossom

Last night my mom had to go to the hospital because she's had chest pains two days in a row (she has congestive heart failure) so I spent most of today visiting her and watching movies so she would have something to do while we waited for the test results to come back. Around 3:00 my sister, my boyfriend, and I went home because she was getting tired and wanted us to come back later just in case she doesn't get released tonight.

Driving home I was upset because it was hot, I was worried about my mom, and my back was hurting really badly. I was ready to just go inside and collapse when I noticed there was a package in our magazine basket. I had completely forgotten I was expecting ponies. Thank you kristincox!

The poor things were a little squishy from the heat but after a few minutes inside they hardened again :D I'm so happy that the mailman didn't try to stuff them into the slot like usual because they probably would have ended up deformed.

Opening up the package made me so happy because not only did I have two new ponies, they were so much better than I expected. Super soft hair, nice clear markings and no fading as far as I can tell. I snapped a few quick pics and I haven't had a chance to fix their manes yet so please excuse that and the bad background.

Sorry for the long wall of text, now onto the ponies!

Thank you for the good wishes, she was able to come home a little while ago and is doing better :)

My mom has been in and out of the hospital with heart problems, too :( I hope your mom gets better, I know how hard worrying can be on someone.
Your ponies are GORGEOUS. This is my first time seeing pics of them, since I'm so new at this. They are SOOO on my wishlist right now.
