Magnets?

Quick question.

Why are there magnets on the G3's?

Seriously, my bobby pins keep sticking to my ponies!! At least if I drop one on the carpet I can just "pony" it right up.

A lot of playsets had hidden magnets in them so ponies with foot magnets could "open" the drawers and things and actually interact with it =)

I have a Bowtie that is my custominzing helper. She holds onto the small sharp things I use while customizing.

im guilty of ponies on the fridge...im horrible with names they are both g3s ones on the side and the other is on top the freezer door where she stays on when i open it....i want to try the hood of my car but im scared ill lose a pony

Was bad for parents who had no idea when the kid would go near things magnets should not go 0_0 I too put them on the fridge

My new g3 *quaranteened* ponies sit on the metal keyboard slider on my desk until they go to the bathroom to be cleaned and checked thoroughly.

I grew up with G3s, and when I was little I'd take them to the hardware store and stick them to the shelves, tools, nails, etc. I never had the playsets with the magnets, but the magnets were fun. The newer ones don't have magnets though (e.g. Fun Fairy, Lovely Ladybug, etc.)
