Making my new oc Mintyeon!

What if you put a mint mochi on top of a pink napkin? Then you could see it better :D

Desining a cutie mark is just to dang fun!!!

I'd absolutely love to do that unfortunately I don't have the necessary supplies such as MSC, nylon hair, acrylic paint, paint brushes, rerouting tool, or the correct pencils to change the eyes, chalk pastels would be nice as well, oh and some clear coat varnish!
Lol, that initial startup cost to customizing always gets me so I never start! Maybe one day!

You can actually customize a pony without a lot of those things if you want other options :)
For example if you use just acrylic paint instead of pencils or pastels you don’t need to spray with msc (it lets the paint go on easier but isn’t totally necessary), or you can use a less expensive spray like Testors. Also any artist quality colored pencils should work even though most people use watercolor pencils. For hair you can make pretty nice looking doll/pony hair with some yarn, a wire brush and a hair straightener. Inexpensive eyeshadow totally works in place of pastels and bonus it’s usually sparkly! And some people do make their own rerooting tools by cutting the eye of a needle and attaching it to an exacto knife, personally that’s the one thing I’d say you should spend the money on :smile:

My sis mentioned that the mint one would get lost as well.
I might just play with the coat color because I love the way the mint mochi came out so much!
 
Haven't had much time to work on her tried a heart and I'm not crazy about it.
I might try adding a cute thing for the donuts to sit on so it's mochi donuts in a box or on a plate or as suggested a napkin!

I know right!?! I blame strawberry shortcake! She made me obsessed with food-themed characters!
 
How about trying a white heart too? Those hearts around the cutie mark definitely show the love for mint!

Since she’s a G3 pony, what about a little tiny heart or something in her eye too? It’s just a suggestion for added cuteness. You don’t have to, it’s just a thought!

Also what about a white glint in her eye as her eye is a flat colour right now reminding me of a chocolate button? Mm… chocolate buttons…

When I'm satisfied with the colors I'm gonna go ham on the eyes for sure!
With pupils, little sparkles, highlights, and gradients!
They are gonna be so kira kira! (Japanese word for sparkling!)
The whole body and hair will get the same treatment!

I was thinking about that yesterday since my favorite color is mint ice cream green I'd want it to be that but I worry about it showing up on an already green background! XD

Wait! Chocolate heart!!!!

I swear Ibis always sneakily updates their stickers and templates and backgrounds. Every time I’ve been in them it’s like there’s always something new

The story of the mochi donut!

Ibis has come so far in the time I’ve been using it (since March 2013, according to my App Store!) It’s amazing to see how big it’s gotten
 
I asked my mom what she thought about the heart colors and she said dark purple or yellow...

Then she said "well you could change the blue in the hair to match the mark better"

I said "you know it's supposed to be mint chocolate themed right? If I change the hair it won't make sense" lol
