Hey everyone,

I got this Marshmellow Coco and she's in wonderful, wonderful condition. I really, really love her.
She has a super, super soft mane and tail as well as nice eyes and cutie mark.
She's like-new really...

Except for one thing... Weird pink spots on her hoof.

I don't mind these spots that much.
They're on her non-display side and at the very bottom of her hoof, but I was wondering if there is any possible methods to try and get them off.
Even though I don't mind them.. I wanted to try and attempt to get them off if I could.

Any ideas or suggestions? [:
Thanks!

Also, I love her little hat and bow. They're so adorable!

Rock-on! That's a pretty bird! Woo woo! Divine..I must say!

Very sweet big congrats :apple:

she's a cutie :) what are they? the spots i mean. marker? you could try acetone to get them off. or just a good scrub. i don't think sunfading will do much help. good luck :)

I'm not sure. The shimmer on her body is also on the pink spots.. so its either the plastic itself or has sunk into the plastic.
I tried just a plain scrub and acetone.. neither had any luck. ):
I've been getting suggestions to try sunfading.. so I might give it a try.

But thanks for the help! :)

A while back I was having a discussion with someone on here about those pink marks. I pointed out that that color of mark was on a lot of ponies and that I didn't think that every little girl would have the same pink-colored marker to color on their toys with. I think after talking the two of us thought that it may have something to do with the degeneration of the plastic - something different from regrind, but due to age nonetheless.

The person I was talking to also found a link to something about mold on vinyl boat seats that were the exact same pink. When treated as mold the spots went away. I, however, have not had any luck with this.

I've tried to scrub it and use acetone, but nothing has worked so far.. So I'm assuming its not mold, but I'm not sure.
]: I think sunbleaching is the only way for me to go. Aside from leaving it.
Thanks for the info. I really hope its not mold or w/e
