MD Pony Meet 2012: *Charity auctions are LIVE!*

Lol, don't feel bad DS, I'm always beat by noon and not even with the good excuse of being 7 months pregnant!

It was awesome! I came home and promptly slept for three hours on the couch. It's all Peanut's fault, she kept me up til three last night!

Totally worth having to nap though! It was really nice to meet people I've 'known' for years and new people alike.
 
Hi everyone!! :D

First, I want to thank my committee and all the extra help they managed to pull in this year in order to get this meet off the ground with many missing committee members, a month less of planning, and fickle weather to deal with. You are all troopers, and likewise you are all invaluable to the meet's success. Personally and from the bottom of my heart, I thank each and every one of you.

There is so much to report on this meet, especially the record-breaking numbers! As many of you know, I had to help my grandmother's 90th birthday gala AND a neighborhood cookout yesterday (how am I conscious? God only knows!), but I will work on getting my photos and reviews posted as soon as I can.

As always, it was wonderful to see so many old friends, and to meet some new attendees as well! I hope you all had a great time, and it was nothing short of wonderful to spend a day celebrating ponies with all of you. :)
 
I barely took any pictures this year (aside from the cakes), so I'm hoping some of those who did will post them, too! ;)

I got some pictures of prize table/games and the raffle prize. Kar, I also got a great one of you with the Nerf gun at the Bulls-Eye.

No pics on my end, but yes, I did bring those Pony cookies. They're from my bakery and I talked my BossLady into putting them in the showcase last year. XD

Its on page 3 now. I got mine in royal purple, NOT the default color. Our friend who designed it submitted it and others to the WeLoveFine contest. None of them won, but they did ask for more of his info during voting so I believe they may go to him at a later date. You should get the shirt now in case WLF wants to make it and it has to leave the smaller store. XD Wishful thinking maybe? Who knows.

Thank you all for being so awesome to Disco as well. He had a blast, and he loves his Pony swag! <3
 
I'm dying to see everyone's brags! I hope we get some threads in Show and Tell soon! :)

(I'll have my own on the way shortly.. I'd been super busy entertaining friends and relatives in town all week, then managed to get myself sent to the hospital. All is well, I just need several days of rest from here on out.)
