There are 6 of those freaky things!
I mean, how many ponies run around and actually CHANGE their mane and tail :lol:
 
There were 6: Night Star, Sky Skimmer, Sun Sparkle, Sweet Berry, Golden Light and Light Heart. Wow, there really were a million releases of Sky Skimmer and Light Heart...
 
I love changing the "Changing Manes and Tails Ponies" hair colours - they're one of my favourite G2 sets! :D

In answer to the question...

There were six released in 2001: Light Heart, Sky Skimmer, Golden Light, Night Star, Sunsparkle and Sweetberry.
Two more (Apple Pie [my absolute favourite] and Flora) were released the following year making a total of eight, but I guess they don't count. :wink:
 
Ah, my first ever baby G2 - Little Flitter! I still remember how excited I was to find her at our local supermarket one night after I thought the G2s had long gone out of production! :wink:
