Oh yeah, the blame fully lies on Disney not wanting anyone else playing in "their" fairytale playground. Tho, I feel Mattel should have known that from the get go, they're known for taking out their competition just as ruthlessly. I guess Mattel thought the could take them on their own playing field?

That aside, I really wish Mattel would branch out more. They've got all these interesting bodies and concepts but keep regurgitating the same things over and over again. I would have loved to seen the MH ghouls re-imagined on some new body types.


Oh I'd snap up a frightfully tall dolls re-release in a heartbeat. Elisabat included. That was one of the lines I really wanted all of them but only managed to snag one cause I was broke then.

There were a lot of complaints about the recent collectors doll's quality so I'm not getting my hopes up.

I haven't seen any of the reproductions at the Walmart here yet.

I'd also like to see the frightfully tall line come back. It's a shame that more molds were not released. A blue one would have been nice, maybe Lagoona. Can you imagine a tall Ghoulia Yelps? Was Elissabat released at a different time or is she just that popular? I'm not sure why that one's harder to get.

You're not crazy. They were $16.99. The new price is $24.99. Their around $70 on Walmart online and Amazon. I don't understand why Walmart online can't set the price the same as in store.

Its because walmart online isnt all sold from walmart, its scalpers that are selling them for 70 :c. Scalpers ruin everything.
