First thing you need to know, i may be LLBPonyGirl on here, and thusly promoting Los Lonely Boys, but Lordi is my true band here!
Lordi is a monster metal band from Finland. They have 5 members (Lordi, Ox, Amen, Kita, Awa) who are constaly in their horror monster make up. They won EuroVision this last season; the first time ever for Finnland. They also were part of Oz Fest this past year-I'm upset that I was living in a DC governmental lawyer Republican peoples household, with a 6 year old, that didn't approve of my horror fettish
thus I missed seeing them live
Now that aside, I've been a fan of their since Monstericandream came out (only cause I'm in the US and it takes some time for things to filter over here ^^; ) and I've all of their albums, and I'm getting the movie this week at some point.
So this started out as a chewed on HippyHop that i was practicing doing feathers for a G3 big brother and it just sort of evolved into being Mr. Lordi. I just love the sculpting on him and the painting. It makes me so happy ^^
I want to try to do Kita next I think, but that might take a while...
So here you go. I really need to get to work on my xmas ornaments to hand out...
