Mummy/Mommy Charm Pamphlet scan?

I don't suppose anyone has a copy of the Mummy Charms pamphlet that has the little descriptions of each pony in the centre of it with the pics of the charms around the edge? I'm looking to buy it, but was hoping for a scan that I can print off in the meantime. I just completed my set of Mummy Charms and want to make a display in a shadowbox for them.

This might be a dumb question but is there a place that states which charm came with what ponies? I know someone said that each charm only came with certain ponies. Anyone know?

I know Little Helper came with my Brush n' Grow Twisty Tail. She was one of my childhood ponies... one of the last ones I ever got actually

This is some info another member gave in another post. Made me curious.

I think all the ponies from certain years had Mommy Charms. I've never seen a MIB Brush ' n Grow who didn't have a charm, for example. Also, I think each particular pony came with a particular Mommy Charm--ie Bouquet always came with Pretty Please. Not sure on that, though.
