My first Adult sea pony + shell

I go this off ebay as an impulsive buy. She was $10.50 + shipping. The hair is pretty bad, but I just really wanted one and a shell...never had one before! Can't think of her name?

I'm thinking I might open her up and give her a new look. She is moldy, has aweful hair (might be rusty inside - not sure) and has very little fin paint. But I love her!

Her shell is perfect. I'm very pleased with this (I also got a sad looking baby sea pony that came with her).

Did I get a good deal? I think I did :wink:

I think you did a pretty good buy! I would definately rehair Sealight. Her body condition doesn't seem to be too bad, and I hope that's the case for her inside. Good job!

ohhh thanks for posting a pic of the back as well. That happens to be my only adult sea pony and sea pony shell that you have there :p But my shell has no suction cup. Great buy :)
 
Isn't that... Seawinkle?? The picture may be off on my monitor, but he (Seawinkle is a guy!!) looks blue, and that hair looks purplish near the roots.
Also, Sealight has a green shell, and Seawinkle has a pink one. I just checked Dream Valley. Seawinkle also has green eyes, and to me, your pony's eyes look green, not blue. I may be wrong, monitors do vary!
Congrats on getting a sea pony & shell! I only have one adult: Sealight, but no shells. I just love how cute the pony & shell look! ^^
 
I'm really not sure which one it is, now that Spooky mentions it! The colors are kind of tough to tell. If the body is lavender, and the hair some semblance of pink, it's sealight... if the body's blue, and the hair looks like Lemondrop's, it's Seawinkle :).

Well, perhaps he wasn't labeled a guy by Hasbro, but SOMEBODY needs to be the baby sea ponies' dad!! ^^
So for me, Seawinkle is a guy. He just looks like a guy. =P Hey, someone has to be a guy in the sea pony world! *hopes was not badly confusing anyone*
 
Well I can see that (looking like a he) besides, the males are pregnant and give birth with seahorses!

I agree that it is Seawinkle. Sealight's shell is green (although those could be switched) and she is purple with pink hair. :) Congrats, the sea ponies are awesome.
