My Little Demon Donkey

Looks like a fun fakie~

However, something that concerns me though is that just from observing it through that package, it looks as though the plastic of the pony is super super weak and possibly delicate to the touch. Like the anatomy is almost deformed/melted just from merely existing...

Like if I de-boxed it and touched it, the pony would deform further in my hands <___<

....I may have to explore our local dollar store to find out though o3o

The Underworld Fires from which they were birthed will sadly do that. That's why they want you to take them home. So they can inhabit more suitable bodies yahahaha!!!

Boy, he is surly looking grumpster!

I am needing more of these fakies. I find them adorable and hilarious!

I wish Hasbro would take a look at them as well. Varied poses, different expressions, tonnes of personality!

I wish Hasbro would add a few different poses and such to the mix too. Theres so much they can do with G4 rather than continuosly re-releasing the mane 6 with one small change.

This is why I gave up on the line so early on. I really wanted to love them, but I just didn't see what I was looking for as a collector. I totally think its wonderful that others collect them as just like any toy they appeal to many. As long as people love the toys they will hold a value and that's so important for the buyer. I do like the blind bag figures though and have a mess load of them I keep in a container. I have an obsessive issue with putting massive amounts of small items in containers. I am sure there is a name for this illness. You should see my eraser collection, and my squinkies. Oh and don't get me started on my container of Schleich . This is only an 8th of what I am talking about.

I have to stay away from the Schleich displays. I can't afford another collection. We have a few I bought my mom, and one really nice cowboy on horseback Cameron bought for her. I have to keep it down. My house is already overloaded!

And I have boxes and boxes full of small toys I have to go through. I buy them in bulk when I can. I have an art project in the future, I'll be building a grouping of concrete igloos in the back pasture and mosaic-ing them with all sorts of plastic odds and ends. I always wanted to have one of 'those' art displays outside. One that makes me happy and if anyone else gets to see it, they wonder what on earth was I thinking.

Oh no I totally get that artsy thing. I would love to create a plastic toy fence all around my property. In addition to the pony heads on sticks it would be a super piece of art. My neighborhood would not be pleased. ROFLOL

I have a box full of dead Barbies and Barbie limbs I think will make something awesome. I'm thinking their legs and arms would make neat pinwheels. The heads... I'm still toying with that. I keep looking at baby dolls, but the storage problems keep me from buying them too.

Plus I have to keep it super cheap. My art will be hobo art.

Not hobo, Hippie!!!! Whooo hooooo Heck you can find great plastic toys on the ground around the thrift stores. LOL I guess I have seen just about everything on the ground when those big trucks drop stuff off. Its kind of like a treasure hunt if you come at the right time. Hmmm Barbie heads on sticks...sounds like a great idea!! I have a bunch of doll parts but its to repair things that are broken. Since Barbie can't really be fixed I don't have any extras of her unless it would be 60s/70s heads and I think, I sold all of those. Oh boy I am feeling crafty. I love odd things in the garden. It makes the kids laugh and adults take a double.

Somebody in my high school art class made a similar project with doll limbs.

man toy parts dont scare me. Im a customizer. Now dead toys hanging from trees that are swaying in the breeze that is another story. "cough Island of the dolls."
evilbunnyfoofoo I like your G4 fakies I never seen those at my local dollar store. :/ I gave a "demon donkey" to my daughter nothing bad has happened yet except the hair from the tail fell out.

It depends on the person that is hanging the doll parts from the trees and what they did to the doll before they hung it up there. I am not into dark arts or dark themes of any kind. Which is odd because, I love a good horror flick on a boring day. I just don't want to be around that stuff in real life. If I know the doll hanger, I am okay. If its a guy, I will probably be a little weary of going near the property. If its an artsy person I wouldn't care at all. If its some sort of religious ritual thing, I am not game for that either. So, for me, it depends on who, what, why and do I know you?

I love the Demon Donkey fakies. Hilarious!

I still think that Princess Rinse 'n Spit reminds me too much as the flesh eating horses from The Scorpio Races. A bit too creepy for me.

I use to have a Rinse and Spit, but for the life of me...I am not certain what happened to her. Perhaps someone Scoped her out. I know I know...runs with head down in shame.

true but I suppose that is an unknown factor not everything I guess has an explanation.

I actually have going to see the Island of the Dolls on my Bucket List. It looks beautifully sad to me. I wonder if you hear childrens' whispers when the winds blows through those sorrowful trees. It's that type of Outside Art that has inspired me to want to make my farm a little bizarre wonderland for me to design and play in. Right now I'm in the planning stages, but I am gearing up to start my first build this fall. I'm starting with a retaining wall of bottles to set the stage for what will eventually be a maze of paths between mosaic covered little structures. I want them to be rounded and curved so they're very organic.

I can't wait to start!
