my little pony applejacks farm anyone seen it

hey guys i was on toysrus.com and i saw the applejacks farm playset has anyone seen or gotten it is it cute is it reg size or ponivile want to get it for aubrey i have ten dollars in toysrus bucks so though it would b a great bday gift and are there any other new ponys or playsets iv been out of the shopping loop for awhile

I've seen it. I don't know how big the Ponyville playsets are because I don't have any, but it is definitely smaller than the G3 Cotton Candy Cafe and Flower Shop playsets, if that helps at all. If I had to guess, maybe about 4-5 inches shorter? I may be off a little. I'm sure it's not as bulky when it folds up, either. It'll be thinner. I plan to buy it this weekend.
 
I own it, and out of all the playset's, this one and twilight's balloon seem to be the biggest... I haven't opened it however as I want one to open and play with and one MIB (i'm crazy)

I bought mine for 14.99 on amazon, but I've seen it at target and walmart since then ;)

Yes I did open it!

You can sit any of the animals on the front gate or the one window. You can perch an animal in the top of the barn & in the tree. I find if you use one of the friend animals that came with a pony it is a tight fit in the tree.
It is a cute set, it just wish AJ's hat was brown not blue.
I think the cat is super cute but the pose is odd, she only looks right hanging in that cart.
 
It stands as tall as the new styling ponies. Do you need me to measure it?

I saw it when I was on vacation, but not around where I am yet. There's a carriage too that I saw that came with Rarity I think.

Its been kinda odd where things show up. I'm praying to the logistics gods right now to see more in my area.
