Hi everyone :)

As reported on My Little Pony News:
My Little Pony News: Build-a-Bear is seeking interest in MLP plush

Build-a-Bear has posted a link to a survey on Facebook for parents of children ages 3 - 12. They're gauging interest in plush based on characters from popular media and one of the choices is My Little Pony!

Looks like Hasbro is jumping on the plush market lately.. what do you think?
 
That's pretty cool! I'd definately buy at least 1 of these.
 
They've done a lot of brands recently, like Hello Kitty, The Chipmunks, The Smurfs, and The Muppets... And they do them well. My boyfriend and I bought a Kermit the Frog at Build-a-Bear last month. I would love to see FiM in there.

That would actually be a pretty good idea as long as the prices aren't too high, because then you could build whoever you wanted.

I filled it out too for my 3 year old daughter. I would love it if they eventually had a plush for all the characters eventually so everyone can have their favorite! I picked Celestia and Fluttershy but I would also love to have an Applejack and Rianbow Dash. And my daughter would probably like Pinkie Pie best. She doesn't really understand favorite yet.

I wonder what they will look like???? I hope they will look cuter than the ones at the stores right now. Real hair like on the unicorn example they showed would be better than the car wash hair. But if the hair was like the hair on all the custom plushes, that would be awesome!

I'd buy them as long as I didn't have another plush form of it. Like I already have a Pinkie, Dash, and Twi...so I wouldn't buy them. But a Celestia? Oh yeah!
 
I'd buy them from BaB.... my friend in California got me into the place, and I must have about ten bears from there!

I took the survey, I just wonder if they do them in a pony pose form like G1 plush, or the bear style forms ( with legs and arms sticking out) That way might be easier to dress and more dressable, but the G1 form would be more ponylike.

I hope they do them, esp Celestia!

I picked Applejack and Rarity. Think of all the folksy or fashionable accessories Build-A-Bear could market for those too! Applejack in overalls. It. needs to happen.

Holy crap! That would rock so freakin' hard!

I voted for Twilight Sparkle and Rainbow Dash - as those are the girl's favourites. But come on!!! They needed the cutie mark crusaders... they would make the cutest stuffies of all!
 
I saw this. I was concerned when I saw they were going to do Hello Kitty, but I think they did her well. So I wouldn't be surprised if they do a good job with MLP too. Pretty exciting!

I totally agree... plush Apple Bloom, can't get much cuter than that!!
