What do you think of these?

Cool... But kinda weird in a way, with all the pictures on them. Like the Cutie Pox episode lol. They're like those G3s. I'd get one, but I'd probably ruin her, as my art skills have a lot to be desired.

Hmm. I'd rather have completely blank one, one each earth, pegasus and unicorn! And lol at the cutie pox comment...yes, that's what they look like in the pics lollllll

How is this designing a pony? Its like a paint by number thing, and they already have cutie marks and are mane characters. They should be blank ponies, not this.

I plan on getting some and painting over the whole thing lol. Maybe these are for a younger age group since most of the work is done already.

I like them but is the coloring permanent or can they be wiped clean again? I wasn't paying attention or I didn't see this information. My daughter has the Littlest Pet Shop version and sadly it's now stained.

Yeah.. it's not exactly "design your own pony"...
its more like - "design a pony that's already half done" :weird:

I like the concept, of course.
But.. they already look like Dashy and Flutter!
So where's the "designing-fun" in that!?

I dont think I'd go out and search for one of these.

Hasbro needs to release a *blank* Unicorn, Pegasus or Earthy.
Then I'd be excited 'bout trying to find one.

:030:

I'd buy them to have them in my collection, but that's about it. I'm in agreement about the cutie pox episode (LOL) and that they need blank ones instead.

I'm not sold on them. I will probably skip these.

they look kinda funny to me. I might skip these, or get them and raffle/sell them later on.

Can they be coloured and wiped off? Or is a one shot deal? The girlie saw the picture and was all excited about them... so as long as they aren't too pricey we'd probably get the Rainbow Dash one. But I'd be hoping it's something she could colour and recolour.

I'd buy them for custom bait. :D

I want to get them because then i can make a Firefly out of that Dash!! Another Dash can be Dash, another be Derpy, and another to be Daring Doo! And maybe another to be Raven Feather *Eyes Siggie* And maybe if the manes/tails can come off easy and Pinkie Pie gets made...Posey and Surprise out of Fluttershy and Pinkie! And of Course Twilight Sparkle as G1 Twilight and Rarity as Sparkler and Applejack as Sundance! Just to switch it up and I love Sundance!

Best of all no re-rooting!!! I kinda suck at that....

Is it just me or does the butterfly on Fluttershy's leg look like it's having a number 2? But of course! A pony covered in butterfly excrement is what every little girl dreams of!... Lol :)

Well, when Hasbro came up with these they definitely werent thinking of the adult community then - and hey, thats cool with me! Actually I've always wondered how Hasbro was focused in their business meetings.. do they always consider the adult fans, or is it something like 90% focused on little girls, 10% on adults?

When I saw the title for the thread I thought "Wow, they must be cashing in on the Fan Character ponies!" like the blank G3s. I was excited because I wanted to make my Pavlova character (the bouncing pony in my signature lol) but no, no Rainbow Dash or Pinkie Pie colour-in for me.

And you know.. this only further establishes my previous theory (ok, not my theory, it's from one of my Business uni lectures lol) on another thread that modern kids mostly only want to buy into the characters from the show to reinact what they saw in the television, not to bother to make up their own ponies and adventures... here we got the interactivity of the colouring-in surface, but what, it's just the Mane 6 again! But the majority of the pony is already done.. is this Hasbro assuming kids are too lazy to make up their own ideas? :/ This is worse than the plushies they made, and I rather have one of those..
