My new pet rats!

I am deciding to continue the trend of naming them all after fnaf girls lol, here’s Charlie!
Now I just gotta pick my favorite fnaf girl name for the last one haha…. There’s Cassidy, Susie, Vanessa, Abby… I really like Abby but we’ll see
 
i am OBSESSED with these rats oh my GOSH they look so itty bitty and cuddly and holdable and their little beady eyes are just so precious :smile: you should name one of them chuck for obvious reasons

By the way I have named the last rat Abby ^^
I’m very stressed about her and haven’t been updating here about it :cry: Very shortly after getting them all, my mom tried to handle my rats without my permission and ended up Losing Abby for over a week. I was finally able to catch her today but now she is so unsocialized that she’s having issues with humans and refuses to be held at all. In fact I tried to put them all in their carrier so I could clean their cage and she immediately jumped from my hands and is in my room…. Oh Gosh T-T I feel like a terrible screw up about it, I wish I knew what to do with this girlie, I’m stressed about getting her properly socialized but also just: Getting her to stay in the safe cage where nothing can harm her.
Everyone’s telling me “It will all work out, you’ll get her and even if it takes a long time I’m sure she’ll come around” but it’s very overwhelming. Sorry to be so negative in a post :sleepy:But figured I should give an update as to the final rat’s name
 
Thought I would update! Abby’s doing a lot better, everyones getting more socialized every day and learning a lot! They’re all such smart babies and it’s crazy seeing them grow so fast haha.
Now that I’ve had them a while I’ve got a feel for all their personalities. Charlies the bravest one out of them all, she also hates sitting still. When you hold her she quickly gets impatient because she’d rather be running around, and she loves to wrestle playfully with her sisters.
Cassie is the most shy and skittish out of everyone, but she’s getting braver too. She loves dragging nesting material into their litter box (which they learned how to use pretty quickly, so smart :redheart: ). She also loves digging and making a mess haha.
And Abby really loves sleeping with her sisters, she’s not scared much of people, but she also just prefers to be by herself (which is fine, I’m not gonna rush her, taking my time building her trust :smile:)
Here’s some cute pictures, mostly of Charlie stickin her head out of boxes and hidey holes, if you look close you can see her sisters in that coconut too.

My pet rat Charlie used to pop his head out of his hidey holes too, gosh what sweet ratties. I miss him. :sadpony:
