Neve for lucky - Winter Holiday Swap

This is the first day I've been online for more than two seconds in about two weeks. So lucky was my partner for this year's Winter Holiday Custom Swap, and frost fairies were on her list. So I immediately knew what I wanted to do.

Neve was a Rainbow Dash II. Painted with Folk Art and Apple Barrel acrylics. Sealed with Mod Podge Gloss and Delta Ceramcoat Matte with glitter over the snowflakes. Rehaired in Dollyhair nylon in Starlight, Daiquiri Ice, and Bobby Blue, pin-styled and boil-permed. Wings were stolen from a butterfly ornament.
