New nylon hair colors

Hello, everyone! Tina from Dollyhair.com here. I was wondering if any of you could tell me about any ponies that I still need to find hair color matches for. I'm working on Mirror Mirror's green right now, but I can't find a match in my sample book, so I will need to have it custom made.

I will be receiving the darker yellow that matches Twisty Tail in a few weeks, and I will also have a matte white (don't know of any ponies who match that white, but it's very pretty). Additionally, my color "candytuft" will be making a comeback.

So, aside from Mirror Mirror's green and Twisty Tail's yellow, what am I missing? OH- Moondancer's red. Yes, I know. I can actually order it, but since that color is unique to Moondancer, and since I already have two colors which are very similar to it, I don't know how high the demand would be. Does anyone need it?

I can't think of anything else, but I am trying to figure out some new colors to order, so please let me know.

OH- "rumor has it" that glow in the dark nylon hair, in a few different pastel shades, will be in my hands in about a month!

Thank you for replying! But I already have Gusty's green. In fact, it was one of the first nylon colors that I ever ordered, before I was even aware of the fact that the manufacturer was Hasbro's supplier! The matching color for Gusty's green is called "sea nymph".
 
Is there any way you can get the "red" color on ponies like Galaxy, Mimic, and Tic Tac Toe? I ordered Ladybug but it's too much of a classic red color. The red I'm talking about is a bit more ... I dunno, like a neon red maybe? With maybe a touch of neon pink in it?
 
I've seen TAF Baby Sugarberry's hair come up before as one without a match. I know HeavyHooves and I are just drooling for more hair that changes color, too. I don't know much about G2, but that might have some "new" colors to investigate.

I can think of a couple G3s with matte white hair, and I thought that would be cool for a custom but didn't want to tear up a pony just to harvest the hair. I'm interested! :D
 
That neon pink red that you're referring to... Galaxy's pink... yes, I have that. The color is called "sugarberry", named after Sugarberry the MLP, because she has that hair color.

TAF Baby Sugarberry... I have that color as well. It's called "strawberry mousse". It's the same color that Mommy Apple Delight has.

Some of the G3's have matte white hair? Great! Then you know already know what the color looks like. All of the G3's have the same hair that I sell, so if you see something that you like on a G3, chances are that I carry it too.

Hair that changes color... yeah, I know! I have the option of ordering many different colors of it in saran, but the minimum order requirement is CRAZY... so much hair that I wouldn't know what to do with it all! My nylon manufacturer should be able to produce it too. I'll inquire about that.

Anything else?? I know that there are a LOT of colors that I'm missing! You can request G3 colors too. I'm sure I can get all of those!

What about Sand Digger? Does she have the same color as Mirror Mirror, or is it different? And what about Peppermint Crunch? Does she have the same color as Blossom, or it pinker than Blossom's hair?
 
Oh Sweet! Glow in the dark would be awesome:D Yanno what I'd really like though? Color change hair. It's usually white or light pink and turns dark pink/purple in the sun like the streaks in the vintage sunshine ponies:) That'd be really neat if it's still made or could be!? Other than that, i'd say you have the hair colors pretty much down. There is a matte pink as well, the G3 tea leaf has it, and there's a special pink that was used mostly on UK ponies like Nice N Spicy. It's like pussycat in color but it's more matte and doesn't fade. Kinda hard to describe.
 
I saw that Tea Leaf pink, and I know which one it is. I can order it. But it's not the same pink that Nice n Spicy has? They look the same.
 
That's good to know about TAF Baby Sugarberry. I THOUGHT you had that color, but people kept insisting no one did, and I don't have either pony and, er, it's not even my business. :lol:

I believe you have Sand Digger's color -- I rehaired one for a friend, but can't recall the color's name. Peppermint Crunch is Blossom purple in the ones I've seen.

Nice N Spicy definitely has matte pink hair. Drove me crazy trying to find something to re-tail her with (I settled on kanekalon.) I don't have her handy to pull out for a side by side with Tea Leaf, but I bet they're the same.

*salivates over the color change hair* :oops: Even if it just came in saran, I wouldn't mind. It would change colors!
 
That's good to know about the matte pink! The manufacturer does make a few different matte pinks, so I'd have to narrow it down with the actual ponies. Alissa (Strawberry Fair) would probably be able to tell me. She's working on a complete color match list right now, and I just sent her my sample books of ALL of the nylon colors (well, the ones that are in the book, anyway. The manufacturer has a lot more that aren't in the book), and ALL of the saran colors, so that she could borrow them to do a bunch of comparisons. The books should be in her hands by Saturday. I'm sure you all know about her site. We're going to get to the bottom of things, lol!
 
What about dancing butterfly's yellow, I can't find it on your website, did I miss it? I would definatly buy moondancer red, I am always needing a little here and there and I am running out of tails! The pink for nice and spicy matches baby pictures also, and of course I need this color too. I think I would buy any color that matched realy pony hair
 
I didnt read all the replies but what about the color of hair from brazillian bowtie. Its kinda like moondancers hair but..different.
 
Do you have Baby Dancing Butterflies color, or Lightning's hair color? Also, Floater's or Magic Message Windy's color?
 
I just visited your website for the first time.

I usually don't critique people's sites, and I know this is totally not what you asked for. But I couldn't find the list of colors because I was so busy trying to get the music to go away. :shock:

How do you turn off the music? I'd like to go back and look but I need that music off first. :?

Many people will actually just close a website without looking when music comes on (even if they like the music). I know many of my friends do that- it's not just me. Just something to think about. ;)
 
Ooh, I'm looking forward to this glow-in-the-dark hair! I'm a sucker for glowy things *_*

Do you have an exact match for Sparkle Baby Firefly? That's a hard color to come by, since only she and Edgar the Elephant have it, I think. I know I have at least one pony who would benefit from that ^_^;;

I've been having trouble figuring out the color of hair for Flurry - it seems darker to me than the "fading pink". Little Flitter and Glow are the fading pink I believe, but from what I've seen Flurry's looks darker. Is this just me?
 
A colour to match the green in the peruvian rainbow ponies would be awesome - its a dark green but not like Gusty, its more green than that, with less blue-ish tones...
