EDIT: For those that asked for comparison pics to a real flutter wing. Original on the left, repo on the right:

The main difference is these wings are more colorful than the originals. They really reflect light. I can try to modify my technique to make them less colorful, but I do like the results of these.

This is cross posted from the mlp arena. However, I'd figure I would post here too to get the word out. I intend to start selling these next month or sooner when I get enough supplies in. They will be $6 for each set. I'm not sure on the shipping cost yet, but these are small, sturdy, and weigh nothing, so I don't think it will be pricy. If your interested in buying or just want to comment, please post :)

*grabby hands* I'd love to see comparison picks with actual flutter wings, but they look darn close to the real thing. I don't think I'd be able to tell them apart. I'll definatly be stalking this :)

Me too, I don't have many flutters but none have wings, poor dears. These are gorgeous.
 
Keep the extra color! I can't wait to see how much more durable these are than the originals. That is the #1 request I get from the people who buy repro wings on my ponies.

I may make them in two versions. One with the extra color and one a little bit toned down. It seems overall people like the colorfulness of them, though I know there are also people who want them as original as possible. I think you will be happy with how these wings are as far as sturdiness goes. They bend and flex, but do not break. You could even step on them and they will still pop back into shape.
 
Those are very pretty! I love them. When I get my collection back out I want to buy some repo wings for my flutters. Sometime this summer!

I just wanted to post - I got my wings from RedKitsune about 10 days ago. They are really nice! They are so flexible and while I haven't fully tested them, Rosedust did fly around the dining room and tumbled off the table in a cat attack with no ill effect. I might even say worthy of mild play( I would never say this for the exact replica wings). The extra color is amazing. It doesn't display like original, but it really does make the wings look great. I wouldn't change it. Overall, I really like these wings
