Hi. I am wondering what you would price a NIB paradise estate set at? Also the box is in pretty much perfect condition, no extreme fading or squishing or holes. I was lucky to find one at s garage sale but trying to find an approximate value is difficult seeing as how all the sets on ebay are worn or missing parts and almost none have original box so if anyone has info I would appreciate it. Thank you.

Things that don't come up for sale often don't have a set price. Finding a current price usually involves auctioning/taking offers on the item.

The original box adds value, so if you do decide to list it on ebay (if you're in the US/Canada) making it available to both US and Canadian bidders and specifying in the listing that you understand that the original packaging has value and explaining how you'll protect it for shipping (packing inside a large box, padded) will get you the highest bids possible. Sadly, I've seen these sets sold, bought and arrive shipped in the original box AS the shipping carton ruining the value of the set, and destroying the vintage packaging too! :( So specifying that you will not be doing that adds greatly bidder confidence, and the final sale price.

If the set is 100% complete, "new in box" meaning all sticker labels are present on the sticker sheet and not applied, with no broken parts, no fading or yellowing of pieces you're looking at a mimimum of $250 sold online. Depending on which countries you ship too (I think there's size restrictions sending it out of the US and Canada with the original box due to size?). Depending on current interest in the set, how many collectors are after a mint one, it can easily go up from there!

I have no idea on value, but that is one heck of a find. Someone must have put it in their attic and forgot about it. Wish it had been my family that did things like that. lol

there was one on german ebay recently which sold for something about 400€

Doesn't surprise me, this set is MUCH harder to get if you live in europe, australia, or NZ selling within any of those places I'd expect to see a MISB set to skyrocket in price by the time an auction ends. Often people who find and sell PE's MISB are in the US or Canada are are unable to ship something so large overseas with the postal service. all unused contents and complete/un-faded I still think it's at least $250 and up from there depending on current interest if you're selling within US or Canada.

Eee... I've been looking for a Paradise Estate. >-<
