Love that photo.... brings me back to the days of going to TRU with my grandma to get new ponies.... And look at the Rainbow Brite stuff.... I loved her too!! I still have a couple of RB things in storage.....
 
I want to say that's the my pretty pony, the box is about the right size - and didn't the pretty pony come with a butterscotch or something? Hence the smaller pony in front of the girl on the package.

Look at those backcards! So...uncreased!!
 
I was trying to figure out if that is the gymkhana (did I spell that right?) set from the U.K. which has Butterscotch in it. Since the original poster of this thread is from the U.K., I wonder if the picture is from the U.K. as well.

And actually, I'm still trying to figure out if the plushie on the left is Moondancer, or Posey.

I totally agree! I remember looking at the back cards for the ponies I had and which ones I wanted. I had that Rainbow Bright horse, too. If I could go back in time, I would have focused more on pony collecting (and a few other toys) and less on other toys.

Also this made me feel so old I just hurt my own feelings :)
