Ok, if you havent, read the post by me further down about overpricing postage, and the emails I have had from this seller then look at this:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5996191430&rd=1&sspagename=STRK:MEWA:IT&rd=1

And......

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Mail-Order-Ra...Z5996721059QQcategoryZ375QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Is that the same one????? The auction only finished yesterday? It looks like she has re-listed it cos I was asking over the shipping....Im confused, does it look like that to anyone else?

Im gonna put a warning on Trader FB about this person. Should I mail the bidder and warn them off this seller? She has drool-worthy ponies, but.....

Thoughts please! :(

I know that seller. I wouldn't worry that they're relisting your auctions. She's been selling MIP mail orders for months. She is overcharging you shipping, and she won't come down unfortunately. She charged me $9 to ship *1* freaking ponywear outfit(outfit mind you, not pony, and it was in a bag, not on a card). For a very brief time she was giving away free shipping. I guess she was losing business. It sucks she's back to her old shipping.

I won't buy from that seller ever again. She's a big shipping gouger. I can tell you this, she won't use recycled packaging to save you money, and she won't come down on her shipping price for any reason. She'll give you some story about bad bidders who gave her problems and now she insists on insurance and "excellent packaging" to make sure your item arrives safely. My item arrived dropped into a bubble envelope with $2.50 postage on it. No additional packaging at all. The envelope was new, but $6.50 is an awful lot for an envelope.

This lady from Que has these for sale all the time. She also sells full TAF baby sets. There is a Hasbro plant in Quebec, I think she, or someone she knew used to work there.

Wow, I've seen these on eBay and have been tempted to bid, but I'm glad I didn't - that's a LOT for shipping! HOLY COW! Interesting that this seller seems to have endless supplies of these HTF ponies - maybe I should move closer to the Hasbro plant! ;)

Well, maybe she had two of that one. And figured she would use the same photo...

Just a guess. I hope there isn't anything fishy about her. I'm so sick of poor sellers by now

What I would do is pay the amount she wants, and then when the item arrives in the mail, email her about the difference in shipping and ask for a refund. If she refuses a refund and cannot tell you what the extra amount was for, I would leave a neutral feedback. Overpriced shipping is absurd and really ticks me off. I am currently bidding on two of her auctions and if I win, I will be doing exactly what I said. She does not list the shipping costs in the listing (atleast I didn't see it there) so she's basically making it up as she goes.

...

She has been listing MIP Mail orders since early December and has countless TAF baby sets etc.

Granted it will cost her about $5us to ship it airmail unless she has some other way to send it I haven't heard of. I think she also buys her boxes and is not willing to negotiate shipping prices at all!

You could see if someone in the Montreal area would pick her up for you. I know I asked about picking up a set way back when she had low feedback and I wanted a set of TAF babies. It's a 5 hour drive for me now though and not worth it to save $10.

Absolutely do not contact the bidder to warn her. That's against ebay TOS, no matter what your intentions are. Somebody on here got banned from ebay because they did something similar, IIRC.
