$ Price Check $ Paradise Estate

Can anyone give me a reasonable price range for the Paradise Estate? This belongs to a friend of mine and I'm going to try and help her find a buyer for it. Please assume that there are no broken parts. Please see pictures below of what's included. Thanks in advance for the help!

I know one went for $75 (with box) at the MD Meet last year, I haven't really paid attention to any others since then!

I'd say rist is close, probably no more then $100... maybe around $80?

But I also saw one go on ebay (recently), that wasn't as nice/complete as this one, for $150...

I sold one right before Christmas for $175. I did have the box and almost all of the accessories, but you have perfect, unused stickers!!

Any chance you or whoever gets it next could scan the sticker sheets to that paradise estates? Mine need new stickers.

That paradise estate is in really good condition. I would say nothing less than 100.
