Peachy variation, or faded? Help!

Help me out with this Peachy, ladies!
I got her in a joblot of other ponies, all of them were in a state and needed intensive cleaning. But even after cleaning, this Peachy looks so much different to the Peachy I have saved for reference :s
In the first photo, she is the Peachy on the top. I have her against the proper, good condition Peachy for reference. The photos don't really do the difference justice; her hair is much more of a subdued pink, her cutie marks are close to white, and her body colour is much closer to orange than pink. Also, as you can see in the second photo (she is the one on the right) her eyes are very different, almost inferior. Airbrushed, maybe? Her cutie marks look inferior too - they are smudged, but this was clearly the original paint job.
She has her pat pend marks on all four hooves rather than just two. I thought maybe she was just a victim of sunfading, but her head is loose and I've studied her insides :s and her hair is the same colour inside her body as outside, and her vinyl body is the exact same orange too.
Anyone any ideas what I've got here? Much appreciated! :D

Quick way to find the faded part out at least is to look inside her head. If its darker inside, she was faded. I had a very faded cotton candy I almost thought she was a albino cotton candy. Her symbol was white on white but once you opened her up it was much darker inside.

I thought she was faded, but she's the same colour inside her head as outside. Didn't collector reissue ponies have their pat pend etc. marks on all four hooves? Was peachy a collector reissue?
