Who collects them??? I'm just not starting to get into the G1's. Anyway, if you do collect,who do you have? I'd love to see pics. of them! :)


also, is there any kind of a plush pony website?
 
I don't collect them per se (they take up so much darn room!), but I do have Plush Blossom, Parasol, Lofty and Baby Lofty in my collection :) I don't have pics right now, but I'll try to take some later. I just got Blossom a couple days ago actually, and she's pretty dirty, so if anyone has suggestions on how to clean plushies, I'd appreciate it!

I have quite a few G1 plushies. That's basically the only G1 line I collect. They're all nicely sitting up on shelves at the moment, so I probably won't be getting around to taking their picture until next week. I've been meaning to do that anyways. ;) I'd like to see them too! LOL! Also, every single one of mine still have their store tag. I also have one BRAND NEW in a bag. SO COOL! :D I'll get that taken as soon as I can!
 
Lofty's Plush Paradise used to be the plush website that I was aware of, but I just checked and it is no longer up. I don't know of any other plushie-specific sites.

I have: Bowtie, Cotton Candy, Posey, closed-mouthed Firefly, closed-mouthed Moondancer, baby Lofty, baby Surprise, open-mouthed Parasol, and open-mouthed Starshine.

When I moved a couple of months ago they were packed and haven't been unpacked, and sadly I can't find any good pics of them. There's a bad pic towards the bottom of this page: http://www.geocities.com/mlpwhizzer19/Collection.html

Eventually I would like to have all the US Plushies, although I don't have plans to get the foreign one or the pj cases. :)
 
I have been collecting these since the first part of this year, i am only missing three embroidered symbol appluase ones!
So if you have these in a blosso, cotton candy, or firefly please let me know!!

I have Bowtie, Cotton Candy, Parasol, Starshine and Honeycomb as far as G1's go.

G3 wise I only have Shenanigans and Sunny Daze, I dont really collect them any more.

If you mean forest of feelings, then yes I am :) What is your screen name there (or is it the same)?

Sorry it took me so long to get these pics, and apologies that they aren't so great. I took the pic of Blossom separate because she is so dirty I felt she would ruin a group pic. I am still awating any advice anyone may have on cleaning her...I heard that you can put a plushie in a pillowcase through the washing machine on the gentle cycle, but I would like confirmation on that (preferably from someone who has actually done this)...

That custom is soooo cute!!! :) Yes, I meant Forest of Feelings. :) I'm DayDreamBear on there. I thought I recognized your name. I haven't posted much there. I did have alot of posts at one time and then I had re register.

Those are the Applause plushies. I believe only 4 of them were made. They seem to be highly sought after these days. I still need them myself.
 
I have every G1 plushie except Honeycomb and PJ case Bowtie...

Yes, you can wash stuffed animals by putting them in a pillow case, knotting the pillow case, and then put on gentle cycle. My mother always washed my stuffed toys that way when I was a kid and I still do it. Just be careful as to not put anything in the case that may scratch the plush's eyes. Air dry for a few days and your plushie should look great!
Just like clothes, stains or bad spots probably won't come out without special treatment.
If you are a little hesitant about this method, I would suggest trying it out on a non-collectable plush to see how it goes.

actually, there's 8 of them; one set of them has embroydered(sp?) symbols, and the other set has stamped ink symbols. There's Blossom, Firefly, Cotton Candy, and Glory, I've got all 4 with stamped symbols, and an Embroydered symbol Cotton Candy with a mohawk.:)

Something I noticed about your collection, prettypony55;I don't see a turned head Parosol in the pic, are you missing her also? Or am I just not seeing her?
 
can someone post pics. of them???? Of their symbols?? If it's not too much trouble that is. :)
 
haha.. she in there somwheers i know i have here because she was one of the harder ones to find lol... i will take a picture for you in a minuetes of there symbols..

I have this overwhelming desire to buy a bunch of pony plushies, fill my bath tub up with them, and then jump in. I have no idea why, I just really, really do. :oops:
