People always ask me, how big is your collection? How many ponies do you have? and I always say I stopped counting at 575, and that only includes ponies made before 1993. That way they have no idea just how large my collection is :)

So I was thinking the other day, do Blind Bag ponies count as ponies when you count your collection?
 
I don't count them as my collection, they will have a display of their own soon enough :)
 
Don't have any but if I did then yes, I would totally count them as a good part of a balanced collection. ;)
 
I don't count them, because to me they're not "real" ponies unless I can brush their hair. I don't count the McDonald's toys, either.
 
I have none of them. I do not really like them. They are so tiny (hardly can see them without glasses ;) lol) and no brushable hair.
If I got any bling bag pony I would propably count them but apart from my other ponies like g1 ponies 338 g4 blind bag 145 etc :p
 
Out of the G4 stuff the blind bags are the only thing I really enjoyed purchasing. Then I got burned out on them and don't buy them any more. Occasionally I find them in my Christmas stocking or birthday goodies though LOL. LOL I don't count them as part of my collection at all. I only count my G1's. I got the g4 bb's initially for my nieces to play with. It was the same with the G3's. My G1's though are a totally different story.
 
I don't count my collection much at all, blind bag or not. It's in constant flux, because I'm always giving away Ponies, trying to spread the virus. Then I'm always buying because I'm a addict, so they're going in and out of my house and who can keep track? I tried, I did. But Excel sheets are work and I get distracted so easily...

I just wish the blind bags were like the Dolly Mix toys, and had little manes and tails.
 
I would dance a jig to get more Dolly Mix Ponies. Why do all the neatest things get sold across the pond?
 
I had a count and forgot. I just added to many ponies recently so I have no idea. Never thought about counting blind bag ponies. I probably will once I have a chance.
 
I never arrive at the same figure twice :p but yes, I would count the blind bags, just like I count the g1 petties :)
