Pony Limit?

Nope.... I have no display space and am running out of closet space. Unfortunately, that won't stop me. lol

good question

i kind of go on shopping sprees LOL i do not buy anything for 4 months and then i go crazy and hunt down missing g1 accessories and g1 / g2 ponies i need. plus i do buy any equestria girl dolls near me i need. i do not really buy new g4 ponies unless i really like them.
if i go to the fair i try not to buy (to much) about 5 to 6 months before i go. that way i can buy at the fair and save on shipping. LOL

i have bought stuff and opened the pony room door and then closed it, then repeat a few more times until the packages are up to the door. then i am forced to do a big pony organization to make room LOL
 
I have had to limit myself to completing childhood sets, or ones that really catch my eye. I only collect the first year of G2 and I just need a few pieces and Seabreeze to complete. As for G3, I am basically done, and I kept it to specific ones there also. G4 is limited to any of the secondary characters. I do have the Mane Six, but I haven't really bought the same ones over and over. (Only exception was the Pinkie Pie Boutique Glitter ones because, well, they were glittery and PP was on clearance. lol)
 
There is now way I could have a limit. I have nearly 260 g1s and an equal amount of g3s. People say I have contained them well. All I know is i have a wanted list that will continue to grow lol. Its hopeless for me. No limit. Mind you thats just ponies. I collect merchandise, and accessories also. Oh and petites..yep its hopeless that I will reach a certain number and be happy. I don't need a bigger house, just a house for the ponies and toys.
 
I currently own 61 G4's exactly, of those are...
33 Blindbags, 7 plushies, 4 brushables, 2 Vinyl figures, 1 Handmade Cadance figure and a Funko Fluttershy in a pear tree.
Include everything else MLP related and I might as well have over 100 items. lol

Limits? I'm nowhere near the collectors a lot of you are, but where there is pony I'll make room. lol

This is how I feel about limits. The Sky is the limit..... Literally.

And yes, I haven't bought nearly anything pony in the past 8 months, so when I found a Sunset Shimmer hiding in a Dollar general, I of course bought her. Then spent 20 minutes brushing her mane before Baby Quackers snatched her off my hands

i want to buy some g1 accessories right now but i can not get into my pony room to sort stuff out at the moment
 
I've met my limit - living in an 800 square foot house with four family members doesn't offer a lot of space for ponies.
(Unless I kick my brothers out, but something tells me that would backfire and I'd get banished to the barn... which, if it weren't for the goats and owl, would offer enough space for all ponies ever released. :lolpony: )
 
I have one glass display case full, and since I have a baby coming, plus my apartment is only 535sf, I can't and won't get more. That doesn't mean I wouldn't like to though! I should count them, I am not exactly sure how many I have, maybe 50?
 
I'm just enjoying your little baby chart too much, Hunniebun! Baby's moving those little arms, thinking of playing with mommy's Ponies!
