I think , but am not certain that one of my custom ponies is going through plasticizer leak.

Sometimes she's dry, sometimes she feels sticky.

Idk if that's from plasticizer leaking out or if the sealant is getting tacky as it gets warmer?

She's not leaving stickiness on the shelf where she stands and now dust and her own hair stick to her.

Does anyone have any advice please?

thats a bummer leave whisper. I hope you can find out what the trouble is with her. :/ I dont know about washing customs to keep the stickiness away.

By any chance, did you use a glossy sealant? When I did my custom, I used a glossy Mod Podge sealant, and she feels sticky.

If it's stickiness over painted parts, it's probably the sealer. You *should* be able to gently wipe her with a damp cloth once in awhile to clean her up without risking damage.

Thanks Elfpony will do.

I've sprayed over sticky mod podge with Testors Dullcote and it reduced the shine and the stickiness. No promises though, but I have done it successfully twice. I also doubt it would do any good if it is plasticiser, but it sounds like it's probably the paint and sealer getting sticky in warm weather.

I'll try to find some. Thanks Far Dreamer
