$ Price Check $ Pretty Vision, (Needs TLC/Bait)

In my box of stuff to sell/trade I have a B and G Pretty Vision, she's another TLC/Bait case. Her mechanism still works and her hair is good but needs some work but she has pen marks around the neck and brown marks around her neck and legs (I don't think it's cancer, might be some sort of internal rust or something) how much would she be worth?
