I found this set today and couldnt find a lot of info on the set like when it came out and if they are worth anything.

It's a TRU-only thing. They've been loose on Taobao for a bit. They should be going to everyone's stores eventually, so the price probably isn't that much higher than what they cost at the store unless someone REALLY wants to customize them.
