Rainbow Swirl plushie from the flea market

I went to the flea market today to take a look around and I found what I think is a Rainbow Swirl plushie.
She is in excellent condition, there is pretty much nothing wrong with her, but since she's from the flea market all I can think is "dirty", and I am wondering how to wash her.
She was $5.

I'd imagine you could just put her into your washing machine, on a low temperature. Or possibly hand wash her. If she's not too bad, give her a sponge down and spray her with perfume / leave her outside on a nice day to air out?

The machines in my building are High Efficiency really fancy ones and I am just afraid something will happen to her in there so I think I'll just hand wash her in laundry detergent and hang her to dry.
I've never had a MLP plushie before so I am excited lol, the little girl in me is coming out all over the place.

I washed her in the bathroom sink with some laundry detergent and then rinsed her off as best I could. She smells WAY better now.

you could wash her in a bucket. just put some clothes washing soap in there and soak her in and let the water drip out of her

Yep I didn't damage her. She wasn't all that soft to begin with. She was somewhat soft but not like "new" soft. She smells much better and looks/feels cleaner. I am hoping to find more of these because I like them.
