I just got back from walmart and completed my set of the new ponys w/fashions (I got bath time w/ SweetSong and Winter w/P.P.) I love those outfits they are sooo cute but of course this is a rant sooo.... Im just soo upset that they havent release/made pony fashions just by themselves, seeing as Im a MIB collector I really dont want to have to rebuy PP to get those cute scates and crown  . I would buy sooo many cuz Id love to dress up my ponys  !! I think Hasbro would make a killing especially now w/ so many girls toys revolving around fashion and clothing(Bratz and My Scene Barbie[well Barbie has always been that way  ]). Not to mention us collectors would buy them too by the hand fulls  !! What do you guys think, I know their are those collectors that feel the same way as I do!!
ok Im done

I'm with you . . . I'd rather see the fashions sold separately for a few dollars cheaper. I would definitely buy several sets each, so that I could have more than one pony in the pink raincoat without having to buy three or four Star Swirls, for example. It's not like the ponies with them are ever new ones anyway!

Plus it would be much cheaper to ship them if you were trading for them.

That would be great if they released them seperately, but at the same time I like them being released with the ponies, it makes them look that much cuter

But what about the kids who already got Pinkie Pie or Sew-and-So? Previously released ponies, ESPECIALLY Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, etc., should only be sold in single boxes, IMO. It would make more sense to put new Perfectly Ponies in the dress-up sets, if they have to come with a pony . . . It would be an extra incentive to buy the sets, getting a new pony instead of yet another Pinkie Pie.

I totaly think they should release outfits, especially if they were cheaper, i mean we saw it witht he G1's it worked.

It's a pain having to get pinkie pie 7 times because she's wearing something new. i would rather just buy the cute little outfit for a few dollars less and not have another **** pinkiepie.

But if you think they wouldn't even have to stop reissuing ponies, they could just put the reissue out with the clothes and thent he outfit also sold seperatley.

Then the kids who wants the pony in the outfit ishappy and the kid who wants like 3 ponies they really likebut loves the clothes gets happy too :p but companies rarely think that way.

I'm sure that's Hasbro's reasoning behind it. The more ponies that kiddies have to get, the more the main product gets out there. Besides, then Hasbro has to design and make NEW packaging with the outfits. That adds cost to the bottom dollar.

But I would love to have varient accessory packs, besides ponies with playsets. I just got a Bratz Babyz pooltable.

A POOLTABLE. How cool is that?!

re

i love g3 outfits too. hopefully hasbro would release outfits by themselves, lolz.

...

I understand Hasbro's thinking. If they sell the outfits with the ponies they can charge more for them. But if they sold the outfit seperately as well I think they could potentially make a larger profit. Little girls (and collectors, too) love to dress up their ponies. But the way the outfits are sold now you will always have way more ponies than outfits. I think if Hasbro sold the outfits seperately a lot of people would buy extra outfits so they can dress up more of their ponies. I know me and my sister would, we've talked about this before.
-Just my 2 cents. 8)

I buy every ponywear related thing Hasbro makes, and I have a lot of duplicates. I think I'm up to 5 Sky Wishes now:/

I am getting tired of buying the same ponies over and over again. Some ponies aren't even in a different pose, they just stuck an outfit on it. I don't like that Hasbro keeps making the same ponies over and over. I would much rather have new ponies come with outfits. It's starting to become a space issue for me. I have had to buy way too many ponies to get the outfits. I guess that's what Hasbro wants, but it's still quite annoying for me.

It would be nice if the outfits were sold seperately(or multiple outfits per pony), but juding from how much Barbie stuff and other lines charge for their clothing, it might not be cheap.

Yeah, I'm w/ you, because generally I don't buy the re-releases. (Unless, of course it's Triple Treat, lol.) Only if they're given as a gift or they're on clearance (except Triple Treat w/ her cute purse) do I have them. Needless to say, I don't have many, unfortunately. :\ I just don't have the money to keep up w/ the Ponies, playsets, and re-releases.

I'm all about accessories and I was just complaining about this to my hubby the other day. I really don't want another PP, but can't resist the tutu and skates.

I really wish they'd release pony wear on its own! There are a lot of sets that I love the accessories to, but have skipped because I don't care for the pony; like the beach sets, that Target Royalette, and the dress shop (man I want that cape and those shoes...).
