Restoring a Starshine pony.

Howdy guys and gals! I have a quick question to ask, you see recently I acquired a bunch of older gen ponies off ebay in pretty much bait condition. One of them is gen 1 Starshine, whooo boy has she seen better days! Her body was a really gross brown colour and she has several cancer spots. Her hair was also a tangled frizzy mess. So I decided to work on restoring her first. Since I have read online NOT to sunfade her (since it will only brown her body more) and have already given her a full body scrub with dishsoap and three day soak in oxiclean I am wondering what else I can do. The three day soak has dramatically lightened her body from what it was but she still looks more creamy pink than white. Should I keep persisting with the oxiclean or try a more abrasive measure? I'm tempted to try diluted bleach but my concerns are that this method would yellow her body more than whiten it. What are your thoughts?
