That's right, I'm done done done and DONE with this Sailor Moon project I started a year ago.

I made Eternal Sailor Moon a year ago, then got swamped with commissions for a year straight then finally just sat down in June and cracked down on this project and it's done and clearing way for my commission work load to take over again.
While at a Antique Festival the other weekend I pumped out Sailor Mars.
Full body repaint in flesh tone acrylics. Eyes layered in acrylics, in a anime/realism style.
Mane and tail are re-rooted in Hasbro pony hair in the colors of black magick and hematite.
Hair permanently hardened in my hair gel method.
Outfit entirely hand-sewn, suit and gloves are a inverted patent vinyl.
Boots, skirt, tail ribbon and kerchief are red bias tape.
Red cording on gloves are maxi piping.
White maxi piping details the bodice, and a sheer pink ribbon on the sleeves.
Chest ribbon is blue bias tape. Rhinestones used for tiara jewel and heart jewel on the ribbon. Star on the choker is hand-painted in gold acrylics.
As mentioned, over a year ago I made Sailor Moon from one of the giant Princess Celestia figures with cloth wings-
This is the giant talking Princess Celestia base with the movable wings.
Full body repaint in a custom blend of flesh tone paints.
Rehaired in 3 packages of Hasbro pony doll hair in the colors of yellow fever and mango tango.
When painting the eyes I made my own eye lines and eye size for this to better-suit Sailor Moon.
Outfit is entirely hand-sewn:
White body suit and leggings are made of patent white vinyl, detailed in red bias tape, maxi piping, wide white ribbon, and red cord.
Skirt: yellow top layer is double-fold bias tape, red layer is a thin red leather with a gold sheen, and the blue layer is a plastic-based material with batting on the back of it; also used for the navy blue collar piece which is detailed in yellow ribbon.
Necklace pendant, earrings, moon on the forehead and chest emblem are crafted from flash aluminum sheet metal; hand-painted in white, yellow, gold, champagne, and white metallic acrylics. Red choker is bias tape.
The pigtails:
Started out tying regular pigtails on her head with small yellow rubber bands. Twisted the upper-most portions, hardened them with my secret "hair gel" method, added a couple more yellow rubber bands.
I then took magenta plastic clear stones, painted the backs of them with red acrylics to make them appear red, and glued them to white maxi piping and pinned them to the buns.
Hair is naturally wavy from me twisting and clipping the hair up while creating all the detailing of this custom. I liked the effect, so I left it that way.
Wings: are Celestia's original blue wing bases; but I clipped and shaped the original wing so it was smaller, and I then glued gray feathers into the inside of the original blue wings, then strategically placed white ones on the outside.
The button is still located underneath the skirt, so the wings can move like on the original Celestia pony.

Hair is permanently hardened in my hair gel method, details are pearl rhinestones, beads and plastic red/clear rhine stones.
Outfit entirely hand-sewn. The entire outfit is constructed of various widths of bias tape. Gloves on front feet are a thin pink hemp cord.
Choker, tiara, white trim on boots, 3 latered sleeves, and kerchief details are silk ribbon.
Rhinestone detailing on chest ribbon, moon pendants on tiara and ears are all hand-painted in acrylics.
Moons are leather.
Luna companion is a ponyville pony painted in acrylics, chest and waist are padded in black faux fur. Made another Luna for Wicked Lady, as well.
Bear with me here- I've never seen a single episode of Sailor Moon, but I'm going to take a wild hunch that Chibi Moon and Wicked Lady are the same person. <_____<
