Satin N' Lace gown vs. Something Old, Something New?

How can you tell the difference? Dream Valley just says they're "almost identical" but can anyone tell me what the differences ARE?

Also, does anyone have a pic of this "lace garter" SN'L is supposed to come with? I have a mysterious little thing which looks kind of like a little lace leg warmer... is that it?

Someone let me know! Thanks so much!!

As far as I know it's only the names an perhaps the backcard that is different.
The outfits themselfs are identical... like I said... as far as I know =P
 
The outfits are actually quite different. The main difference is the lace trim. The lace for the edging and the lace for the veil differs. The "crown" on top of the veil comes n a silver version and a white/irridecent version. There are actually several different versions of the dress out there, not just 2. UK Confetti also has a dress. I'd have to check my ponywear bin to me more specific.

I think someone posted pics of all the different variantions of lace once. Maybe they'll post again:)

*edit to add I do have the garter and can take pictures, but not til much later. I'm heading out. It's basically a lace "legwarmer" with an elastic in the center. You probably have it from your decription.

it looks like a white hairtie big enough to fit on your thumb.. if that helps..


I wouldn't really compare it to a legwarmer though.

So the crown on the veil is different colors also? Which one is more valuable? lol Mine's silver like the one in the picture. No garter though. Didn't know she had one. Very cute. Must.....have.....
 
I only own one Satin n Lace wedding set (with magenta), and it looks exactly like the one LadyM posted. I have noticed through my online searching that each Satin n Lace set has a different pattern of lace, and as goddessofpeep mentioned we have had a few topics here on the TP where people have posted pictures of the differences. It seems that it would be rather difficult to complete incomplete sets of the Satin n Lace outfit with the correct pieces.
