Why is there wholes in sea ponies head is it for a flower just wonder?

The holes are to let us change the amount of water ballast inside so they float or don't, and to let us squirt all the water out once we're done playing in the bath with them. Arguably also to let remaining water evaporate but they aren't big enough to do that very effectively.

You could certainly put a little flower there if you wanted to. That would be cute. Just be cautious as some plants, and some materials that fake foliage are made from, can stain if left in prolonged contact with pony vinyl. So I wouldn't leave the flower in for days at a time.
