Serah from the Play Station 3 video game, Final Fantasy XIII-2.
Commissioned request by one of my Australian customers.
Request #2 of 3: first was Yeul, 3rd will be another Lightning!
Pony base is a Sweet Heart Sister pose. I actually stripped down my old Midna custom

I stripped all the old paint off with Acetone, and recycled the base.
Boiled the stripped base in boiling hot water to soften the rubber and make it easier to rework a new paint job!
Full body repaint in fleshtone acrylics, eyes painted in realism textures.
Mane and tail are authentic Hasbro pony hair in the colors of goldilocks, sunlight, and pussycat. Hair styled in my hair gel method.
Outfit entirely hand-sewn. Maroon pieces are a sheer ribbon, detailed in other regular ribbons.
Boots are purple bias tape and white faux inverted patent vinyl.
Bottom of skirt is lined in white bias tape, next layer is white leather detailed in gold acrylics. Next layer of white is inverted faux patent vinyl detailed with brown ribbon. Black center-piece above tail is black leather detailed in gold acrylics and gold/black rhinestones. Gold webbed sash was originally a off-white web material of which I painted in 3 layers of various gold acrylics, and lined with gold elastic ribbon.
Bag on the back right side is entirely white and black leather. Lined in gold ribbon, dark green cotton mesh sewn to the black, lined in more gold ribbon. Red rhinestone accent at the center.
Gold armlets are gold ribbon, the armor one is a orange-ish leather painted in 2-tone gold acrylics. Both armlets detailed in rhinestones.
Gloves are more of the sheer maroon material, lined with white ribbon, detailed in gray, beige, black and gold ribbons, and black hemp cording.
Choker is maroon bias tape, with pale pink sheer ribbon trimming glued to the edges with fabric glue.
Serah's pendant is aluminum flashing I coiled with pliers, then fixed through a blue/purple/pink bead. Fastened around neck with wire.
Moogle mog assistant is a white generation 4 Friendship is Magic baby pony. I stripped original paint work off with Acetone to utilize the original body color, then painted the nose, eyes and ears with acrylics.
Mane and tail are pussycat and butter creme Hasbro pony hair- styled to slightly resemble Serah's. XD
Carved away the original horn to just the stub base, and fixated a medium gage wire through the scalp and glued a bead to it, then painted it in matte, metallic, neon and glitter purple pigmented acrylics.
Off-white web leggings are same material I used for Serah's gold sash, only I left the color original for the moogle.
Wings are from a generation 3.5 Starsong, pinned in to the back of the mog and anchored inside the pony.
Faux white fur glued around neck.
Staff is a clock pendant wired to a toothpick I painted in pthalo blue acrylics and painted gold around the wire, and glued a purple rhinestone to the top of the clock.
