~Headline of the PonyLand Times~
-TAF Love Melody Commits Suicide.... Or Did She?-
Tragic news today from the Pony World. Twice As Fancy Love Melody was found on the floor, apparently a victim of suicide. No one saw the tragedy happen, but upon further investigation the alleged suicide was proven false.
Taken into custody was one Peppermint Crunch, Sundae Best Pegasus. With a full confession to the crime, Peppermint Crunch is being held without bail at this time.
When asked for a quote, Peppermint Crunch had the following to say. "Yeah, I pushed her. What of it? She was blocking my view. Thinks she's so pretty, all covered with her little pictures. I'd do it again if I had the chance! Mwawawawawa!"

Last night, my husband was on his way to take a shower in our bathroom. To get to our bathroom you have to go through our room. The bookshelf where I keep my ponies is right next to our bed. For whatever reason, he noticed that Love Melody was on the floor and came out to tell me that she jumped off the shelf then went back to shower. I went into the bedroom to pick her up and noticed that Peppermint Crunch, who has a slight standing problem, was leaning forward from her spot. I remembered that she was directly behind Love Melody and figured she must have fallen forward and knocked Love Melody off the shelf.
When my husband came out of the shower, I told him about Peppermint Crunch knocking Love Melody off and he said, very deadpan, "Oh, so it wasn't suicide, it was homicide." My daughter and I burst out laughing! It was the funniest thing! He is very tolerent of my ponies and even doesn't mind that the bookshelf is on his side of the bed. Sometimes, you gotta love those husbands. Just thought I'd share.
