I imagine she'll be the same price as the other Shine Bright ponies, which is around $8. She's not out yet, though. That pic is from a Chinese site and since the ponies are made in China, they show up on those sites well ahead of the release in the US and other countries.
 
Dude, I thought I have them all: Rainbow Dash, Rarity and Pinkie Pie. *stalkin' Fluttershy!*

You seriously have to be kidding me!!!?!
What is up with all this new stuff only being available at Target? Pretty sure people who do not have access to Target (Canadians, other international people, Americans who don't live anywhere reasonably near a Target) would like these ponies (saw a Shine Bright Twilight posted, too, that will be a Target Exclusive). I know I want Fluttershy, and my daughter would want Twilight!

I'm not really fond of the Shine Bright ponies, but I do love Fluttershy's hair here. It looks more like it does in the show. ^^

for those of you who don't have target's near, I'm sure someone would be willing to buy them and ship for you, I know I would, international or within the states.

and I think she's cute, I wasn't a fan of the shine brights either, but they've grown on me, I'm sure i'll need her as well as TS and AJ
 
I still don't think that "Target Exclusive" will apply outside the US. I'm sure other countries will have the same stuff, either exclusive to another store, or not exclusive at all.

I'm actually ok with the stuff being Target exclusive since I have a Target within walking distance of my house. It's the TRU exclusives I don't like since the closest TRU to me is an hour or so north of here. We used to have one across the street from Target, but it closed a few years back when they closed several Midwest stores due to low sales, mostly thanks to Wal-Mart, and there's now a Best Buy in its place.
 
Where does it say it's a Target exclusive? ;.; I bought SB RB today, and was so excited! I would love to have Fluttershy.
 
there's a sticker on the front, with twilight sparkle, and it say's this item is a target exclusive.

but it's yet to be determined if they all will be or not.
