Ok, so I see this this morning on facebook........


Is this really the exclusive? If it is, I think I am done with hasbro's exclusives. Not even an original character anymore. I guess the good exclusives died with the G3 line. Seriously, this exclusive better be like $15 because its not worth much more than that. Sorry, I had to rant somewhere......and I knew you guys would understand. lol

It's pretty cute, but another pinkie pie? That feels to me more like a Toys-R-Us exclusive than a comic con pony? Or is that me being picky?

Yeah we need more original ponies instead of rereleasing the same 6 character 12 billion times. I guess they want to cater to the demographic that likes those specfic characters but it'd be nice to have a release of a g3 pony made into g4 like they did with glitter Wistetia
 
I agree but then again I don't mind. Pinkie is my favorite pony. But it would be nice to get something different and more exclusive to collectors like a lot of us are.

I'm the bright side I'm glad ita not a boy pony because EVERYONE wants a brushable boy pony these days, and if Hasbro were to plop out a random brushie boy, many people (including myself) would be upset.

I'm also glad its not a Chrysalis Funko

And I bet MANY collectors would be happy to have that extra $20+ safe in their pockets this year ;)
 
I think it's really cute, but seriously an exclusive should be an art piece, one that will have collectors gasping in joy.
 
Not sure it's the exclusive, yet, though. It is mentioned as "being introduced" at SDCC, so, although I would buy her for the outfit and use the pony to customize or have signed at the next fair by pony peeps, I would only be willng to buy her at regular FS price. Desperately hoping she's not the $50 fair/sscc shared exclusive! i guess we will know for sure one way or the other in two days...eeeps!
 
Hmmmmmm what's the deal with Hasbro? Why do they get so stuck on a few core characters and never expand? That certainly is not exclusive worthy. LPS was totally ruined when they did this to that line. Don't they take note of what is in demand among the consumer anymore? Lets hope this, while cute, is not the exclusive.

From what I can tell, it seems that the minis are the most popular merchandise in the franchise at the moment. It's the only reason I can think of as to why Hasbro's been ignoring the brushables in favor of the minis.
 
Meh, she's not my thing.
