Also, I have done the math, and Summer would have to have inherited the pony from an older friend or cousin or something, because if she was, say, 16 in 2004 that makes her born in 1988. The Princess Ponies were out in 1986-1987. Even if the birth year is wrong, it's still an unlikely baby toy

I have a Princess Pony from my chilhood and I was born in 86. Which means, I didnt have her till 89 or 90 (I remember taking her to Kindergarten for show n tell) Or maybe the stores just had some older ponies.
 
Whoa...I have Princess Sparkle too, even though she's not in the prettiest of shape.., but she's still pretty gorgeous. I've always like her a lot, better than Princess Tiffancy at least.
