Stardew Valley Thread

Do any of you guys like to play Stardew Valley? (Maybe it's a silly question because it's so popular, I'm sure lots of you do)
It's been one of my favorite games for many years, and right now I'm in one of those phases where I play it a LOT! I got my mom to try it out (she's never really played video games before) and we've been having a lot of fun playing together every night! It's special getting to share it with her.

There's going to be a new update sometime soon, which I'm so excited about!! Apparently there's going to be lots of new dialogues and interactions with the game characters in the update. Who is your favorite character from Stardew? (And maybe who is your least favorite? )

Oh my gosh ok!! I'll take screenshots today-- mine is definitely more "function over form" as well LOL!! I love seeing other people making these beautiful farms and then I just have like 50 kegs smack in the middle of my lot!

Ahh see I never had harvest moon, I've always wanted to try it though!! I got one of the Story Of Seasons games but I remember it felt sort of awkward to play on PC, I think because it was a port of a console version... Which is your fav harvest moon game?

i honestly couldnt tell you, but i really like Harvest Moon 64 and Save the Homeland

The new update drops tomorrow and I need it now! Its for mental health, I swear!

I've been playing for around six (real life) years on and off. I first downloaded it on my switch to keep myself busy when I had my appendix out. There is always new content to go back to with all of the updates, which is nice. I'm pretty sure my farm is on year eight.

Is anyone else excited for the new game, The Haunted Chocolatier?

Stardew is one of those games I just always keep going back to. Plenty of re-playability to be had! Loving the new update too, especially all the little "immersive" details like season-specific wear and the likes
and the new Meadowlands Farm! Starting with chicken coop is great.
