c_c;;;; Sooo... I finished my first ever custom. It's a My Little Fakey Pony! Took a couple days worth of work to do, but I haven't had this much fun in a long time. Done with a dollar store fakey pony that originally looked like this!

She was painted in airbrush acrylics, artist grade acrylic paint, metallic acrylic ink, india ink detailing, and has added ribbon and beads. The hair also came from the dollar store, from several different "hair extension" headbands designed for little girls playing dress-up. It's not uber fantastic (dollyhair) quality, but it's nicer than what the pony came with, and it has gold tinsel bits in it. The head turns! Custom necklace covers the join between head and body pretty well.

Not too awful for a first effort, I think! c.c; The name comes from her symbol, which is a stargazer lily. The pony's pale lavender-pink in reality, not white. The camera flash washes it out a bit. She's smaller than a G1 or G3 adult, but larger than the babies, or the new G4 ponies (you can see my hand in this pic for a reference to sizing).

I know she's an experiment and a fakey, but if anybody's interested in her, feel free to PM me with an offer. I don't have PayPal, but I do use AlertPay and SquareUp, so I can take most major credit cards. ;)

She's gorgeous! Very nice work, especially for a first go around!

for your first pony I have to say this is extreamly good!

I love her eyes and her symbols are so vibrant. Nice work!

I never would have guessed that she was your first custom. She is amazing!

^_^ Thank you! Well, it helps that I was already an artist to begin with. All I really had to do was turn my skills in a different direction. =D I'm glad you all like the results!

Right-on! Fancy hair! Rockin' symbol too, awww..

Thanks. =) The tinsel was actually already mixed in with the hair, so I chose to root it along with the rest.
