I just got the purple one today but she doesn't talk. I assume the batteries are out.

Anyone know how to open them up and change batteries? Is that even possible? :? Maybe I shouldn't try it. I'm not very "handy". I'll probably just ruin her.
But if I don't, could the dead batteries ruin the pony?

Its easy. Just twist her head off Don't worry about ruining her, the head is meant to easily twist off and the batteries are located inside her neck

awesome. I didn't know that.


I have both pink and purple, but pink doesn't always want to talk. I think the mechanism has sort of moved itself down in the pony body a little more, so it's harder plastic that you have to squeeze. But when it stops all together I'll try the battery method!
