Target has new goodies!!

Just got back from running around on a pony hunt and... Whoo, fun stuff!

I don't have any pics at the moment because I'm between computers =(

But! I found 3-piece blister packs of blind bag sized ponies. One set is Shining Armor, Princess Cadence, and Twilight Sparkle. The other is Granny Smith, Big Macintosh, and Applejack.
::edit:: there's a third pack with rainbow dash, Gilda, and a wonder bolts pony, I wasn't able to find it on the shelves though =( ::/edit::

I also found 5" plushies. I assume they're mane 6, but I only found a rainbow dash so I can't confirm that. They're MUCH better quality than the plushies Hasbro has been turning out in recent years. Very soft and their hair is strips of felt or ribbon or... felty ribbon? Lol. Either way it's a very big step up from the cheap claw machine feeling fabric and fluff hair!

Also found the Enterplay trading cards! I picked up 6 packs and only got one double =D

I will post pics of everything when I have a functioning desktop back <3

There are some pictures on another forum. Here's the link: New Official MLP:FIM Plushies - Pony Merchandise - MLP Forums. There are more/better pictures on page 4 of that thread. It looks like they only made three of the mane six. I HATE the stringy-looking manes and tails. The heads aren't quite right, either, but they're OK. I want to get them and tear out those manes and tails and give them decent fabric manes and tails that look like they do in the show. That would improve them immensely.
 
Yeah, I've seen those plushies before, I don't think they're that bad as the people on those forums say. I'm not so fond of their manes, but they're still super adorable. Besides, I've been wanting to buy that Twilight Sparkle plush from Toys R Us, and add her pretty mane to it.

Wow i'm impressed with the quality of the plush. I'm also not to fond of the hair but still they look really nice. If only I had room for more stuff...
 
The hair is definitely a big step up from that horrible fuzz they've been using since 2009 >.< I'm very happy with this new plush, the quality is getting back to the G3 days =D
 
Yeah, that fuzz was terrible. But I'm not sure I like the new manes better. I loved the G3 string/yarn hair though.
 
The Target that's not so near here has NOTHING new. NOthing!! except the ENTERPLAY trading cards. Grr.
 
I've heard whisperings that the "official" release date for the blister packs (and plushies?) is the 29th so maybe I just got lucky lol. Considering only 1 of the 4 I visited yesterday had them (and I bought the last items on the shelf...) I'm thinking I was lucky lol.

I'm being so bad DBM! I was going to wait until tomorrow to get another pack of Enterplay (ENTERPLAY!) cards but I went out today looking for trading card sheet protectors and I thought "I'm out anyways, let's go get more cards =D" But then I remembered the Target I was going to be more-or-less next door too didn't have them yet. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
 
Want!!!! :) I'm not complaining... new stuff to "torture" the fiance into taking me to find...lol.....
 
I had to go to Target yesterday anyway for some supplies ... so of course I had to check out the toy aisle, too. Nothing. I wasn't surprised, though, because my Target seems to take 4-5 months to get in new toys when they come out. I probably won't see the new stuff for MONTHS.

I'll be most excited to see the brushable "Sunny Rays." I want that one!
