I got this bait from ebay about 2 years ago, with the horn attached and covered in white paint...when I finally removed the paint, the body was so discoloured :crazy: so I turned it into a baby Mimic, seeing as I had all the hair colours on hand.

She has a full body repaint ( I know the colour is slightly off) and eyes have been repainted and sealed with gloss. Symbols painted with acrylics and sealed.

On the off color thing, I think actually it's quite spot on, I mean - Hasbro themselves rarely released babies that were completely matching their parents, if it wasn't the body colors that was a bit off, it would be the hair color :)

I can't wait till you get some better pics, although she is absolutely drool worthy already! Just everything about her tiny, brightly colored cuteness is sheer perfection! And that body color suits her regardless of it matching Mommy Mimic or not!

Job well done! Totally makes me want a baby Mimic :eek:k:
